We are excited to announce our collaboration with the British Gynaecological Cancer Society, The Eve Appeal, Peaches Womb Cancer Trust and The British Association of Gynaecological Pathologists on a new project: the Endometrial Cancer Audit Pilot (ECAP).

This initiative aims to improve the understanding and management of uterine cancer, with a particular focus on endometrial cancer (EC), the most common form of this disease.

The main purpose of the ECAP is to raise the profile of the disease, explore the extent to which regional variation in management and outcomes can be assessed using routine data sources, and promote the call for a fully commissioned, publicly funded national audit. Our initial efforts will concentrate on examining the geographical variations in incidence, mortality, and survival rates of endometrial cancer among people in England.

For more details about the project, please visit the ECAP project page.
