Retinoblastoma Register
Overview:
Retinoblastoma is a rare type of eye cancer that can affect young children.
The Retinoblastoma Register is an online data collection and audit tool that allows clinicians specialising in the disease to audit the data collected on their patients by the National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service (NCRAS). The aim of the register is to support specialised commissioning, improve patient outcomes, improve patient access to their data and aid research into retinoblastoma.
The register uses Health Data Insight’s secure online platform which allows participating clinicians to securely submit information on their patients.

The Retinoblastoma Register has been developed in partnership with clinicians at Royal London Hospital and Birmingham Children’s Hospital, the National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service and with support from The Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT).
