Patient Pathway

Overview:

The cancer pathway tool is a suite of software tools, processes and services written using open source computer languages and libraries, principally Ruby on Rails. The work is innovative – creating new computer code, algorithms and processes for data linkages and analysis; experimental – the outcomes are not known or predictable, but need to be tested and evaluated; and non-trivial – the data is complex, specialised and the software coding and data analysis requires in-depth knowledge and skills.
